Musical Theatre Visit at Fountain Head House School

On the 6th of June, Fountain Head House School was excited to welcome the talented actors from Image Musical Theatre for a special performance of The Jungle Book. The live performance brought together pupils from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to our older Key Stage 4 (KS4). The children enjoyed the experience, with many joining the actors on stage and performing in colourful animal costumes.

Nina Jarram, a Creative Teacher, says: “Every single child in the room from our EYFS pupils to our KS4 pupils engaged through either song, Makaton, delighted facial expressions, positive gestures or physical engagement with the actors. Support staff led by example and encouraged everyone to participate. So many positive skills were demonstrated here today and can be celebrated in recognition of so many different levels of achievement.”

We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and confidence shown by all. Thank you to Image Musical Theatre for bringing everyone together to Fountain Head House School. We look forward to welcoming them again in the future.
