Pupils at Fountain Head House School were treated to a post-Christmas Pantomime theatre visit at the Theatre Royal upon their return to school after the festive celebrations. Three classes of KS2 and KS3 students were in fine voice as they booed and hissed the Wicked Stepmother in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and cheered on Muddles and the Magic Mirror. They clapped along to the professional singing and dancing that was on offer and laughed at all of the jokes that were made about places where they live. Great fun was had by all as they experienced first hand the pantomime genre in all of its flamboyancy, colour, and spectacular costumes and scenery. They were all thoroughly engaged and inspired to continue developing their own skills and techniques in performance through their creative learning sessions.
